There is something so great when the right song comes on while running. Its like the best duo's in history. I'm sure its up there with Lucy and Desi or Mickey and Mini (cracking myself up right now). For me, music is super important while running. I sometimes try to run 3 or 4 miles and pray or have some solitude but mostly I run with music. Music pumps me up and with a high beats per min. (BPM) you can raise your heart rate and make you run more worth it {shred lb.'s,}. I search for 200 intense songs which is a lot of top 40, hip hop and house like Flo Rida, Rihanna, Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Jay Z and so on. Its not for everyone but everyone should try it.
